Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
Students and affiliates must be 18 years or older and provide verifiable documentation to join the program.
2. Payment Policy:
All payments are final. Non-payment will result in suspension or denial of access to the program.
3. Confidentiality Agreement:
By joining the program, students and affiliates agree to keep all materials and strategies confidential. Breach of this agreement will lead to immediate termination and possible legal action.
4. Non-compete Clause:
Participants may not offer similar mentorship programs, training, or strategies for a period of the mentorship program.
5. Liability Waiver:
The academy is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of implementing trading strategies taught during the program. Students trade at their own risk.
6. Termination of Agreement:
The academy reserves the right to terminate any student or affiliate who violates these terms or fails to meet expectations. No refunds will be provided upon termination due to breach of the terms or policies.
Updates to Policies:
The academy reserves the right to update its policies and terms at any time. Students and affiliates will be notified of changes.
